Cross-drilled rotors are an excellent way to get increased braking performance from your VW. All Cross-drilled rotors are not alike, however. At UroTuning, we use high quality Zimmerman rotors. Each rotor is precision machined on a CNC machining center (not a drill press). Lots of holes may look great, but every hole takes away a small amount of braking surface (swept area). Too many holes creates a meaningful loss of swept area and ultimate braking power, not to mention a loss of overall strength. Each hole in a SportTuned Rotor is radiused to prevent pad galling, and the radius depth is the set to the rotor’s wear limit.

Each kit includes two Zimmerman Cross Drilled rotors and your choice of Brake Pads.
