Connecting is as easy as installing the TVS Flash application and connecting the Personal Flasher to your laptop and vehicles OBDII port.

The TVS Flash package includes:

• TVS Personal Flasher OBDII dongle
• USB to OBDII cable
• TVS Flash interface
• TVS Flash Manual
